  • You're at a perfectly normal height. Everyone is different in length, so don't think of it as a big issue. My mom was 5"1 and she was 43 years old. It doesn't matter. I'm also 15, and I'm like 5'4". Just accept that everyone's different. Your heoight shouldn't matter. Now if you were 2 feet, then maybe that would be a different issue.
  • well, if you are a girl, you are above average. If you are guy, give it some time. Height is genetic... not much you can do. If you are really concerned go to you family Dr and ask him if you will grow more. He can scan or x-ray your growth plate and tell you how much more you can expect to grow. Don't let your friends bum you about about being 5'6...
  • You have not stopped growing yet. You won't stop growing until around the age of 19/20 so there is still time yet for you to grow a bit taller. There is nothing else you can do to help you to grow. Your height will depend on your genes, vitamins and stretching, won't help your growth, although the stretching will make you more supple.
  • im only 5'4" . my family are all way taller than me and they take the micky but in a joking way. dont let your height be an issue if your friends find it an issue then thats there problem. most people i know would be happy being 5'6". remember you are only 15 and still growing so i wouldnt worry :0) be happy that you are healthy
  • There is a website: www.heightmax.com if your family is short, this product will actually make you taller than genetics have scheduled.
  • Try yoga, the stretching helps a lot.
