Why does it seem when one plays a video game or posts continuously on AB... or pretty much any time you have fun... time stops in and of itself and the only thing you have to bring you back to reality is a clock?

because you are so into what ever it is you are doing your mind isnt thinking about anything else. i know what you mean when you are having fun time flys and the next thing you know you look at the clock and hours have passed. this is my opinion anyway lol

I find it a wonderful and helpful way, to get away and I don't have to think about what time it is

because time objects to not being considered subjective, and when you stop watching it, it lets you have more fun!

because the things you do that you enjoying at that time absorbs all your attention and bringing you in an unseen dimension that only you and the stuff you do knows.. though watching the clock to strike and change time won't bring you in that dimension :P
