  • You can't. Yesterday is yesterday and nothing you do now or tomorrow will change that. The best "ammends" you can make is being the best you that you can be today and tomorrow. The more positive things you do henceforth, the sooner yesterday fades into distant memory.
  • Write a letter of apology. Make 30 copies and give them to the people you hurt.
  • I would say you should just apolagize you had a reason to be the way you were. Whats past is the past but it cant hurt to say your sorry ^_^
  • You don't. We are all handed a certain "road map" for our lives and what destiny brings makes us wiser and in many cases happier in the end. Just think of the medication as a way to help you cope with the catastrophies you were dealt with and it stopped you from going over the deep end of life. Look forward to the future and don't look back at the past saying I wish I had done this or that differently. Bless you shrinkness. :)
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables, get more exercise. Walk a mile every day. Let the past stay where it belongs, live your life well from now on.
  • You don't have to make amends for what life has done to you. The only thing you have to do is fulfill your self in your own life.
