I'd use the extra hour to figure out what I wanted to do with the rest of the day .. or even the week. That way, I don't lose any of the 24 hours I've got now .. but I "do" get to use them more effectively. Cool. :) Any of that extra hour/day left over after planning - yet still not cutting into the basic 24? Maybe fill it with anything that fits the bill for this phrase: "appreciate life".
