That depends. For some people that works really great. In my case i just couldnt do it. I would have to buy at least five bags, I shop way to much.

Sounds like a good idea - but one bag would hardly be enough. I remember shopping with a plastic string bag back in hte 50's. I am not impressed with the "paper fabric" bags (possibly made from polyester fibre) - they seem to disintegrate fairly readily.
