How much should I pay my 14 year old daughter to babysit her 10, 5, and 1 year old siblings?

Her siblings are 10,5,and 1? Tell her you'll put money in escrow and if she makes it to age 16 without losing her mind or killing one of them you will take the money out of escrow and buy her a new Corvette.

If it wasn't siblings, I'd say at least $10 an hour. Considering this is your child who is a member of your family, I am sure you can work it into an allowance and chore schedule since your child is not a babysitter.
