My mom filed bankruptcy last year. She cosigned for my student loans, and as a result MY student loans were included. she is saying that she has make trustee payments for about 375/mo, i dont want to leave her to pay that, but i cant a

    You said she filed it, not you, pay your bills just as you planned on paying them, you still owe the debt.

    You should continue making regular payments on your student loans. Your student loans could not be included. Worst case they were differed for the term of the chapter 13.
