  • You would have to be quite pregnant to feel a baby kicking. You'd definitely have to be showing. Is your lower abdomen distended at all? if not, perhaps you just need to take a dump.
  • Is there any other reasons why you think you might be pregnent? If the first thing you think when your stomach rumbles is "it's a baby" I'd be tempted to think that you're already paranoid about this...
  • Probably gas. Have you eaten a lot of vegetables or roughage recently?
  • You spend $500 on birth control?? I get movement too. It's probably just the digesting process/gas.
  • I use a mirena coil (IUD) i also get the same feeling i do not know what it is, i am defo not pregnant though
  • To feel a baby kicking you would already know you're pregnant, as you would be have to be pretty far gone for it to be well enough formed, if you havn't got the appearance of a balloon up your shirt ... you're probably not pregnant.
  • You'd have to be about halfway through your pregnancy for the baby to be big enough to feel it move, which means you would likely be showing considerably. If you're really worried, take a home pregnancy test and find out. There are some pretty inexpensive but accurate ones out there.
  • Probsbly gas. I had the same thing happen about a month ago. For two days straight I felt "kicking" sensations and I even saw them too! I was gonna buy a preg test the next day but when I woke up it stopped. I ask my doc he said it was most likely gas.
  • A couple of years ago I had movement low in my belly like that for several weeks. I knew I could have been pregnant. Birth control doesnt always work for one reason or another. So I finally went to the OB doctor and had them do a blood pregnancy test. I was told that gas, digestion and stress can cause this feeling. At that time I was SO happy to not be pregnant. However it did leave me wondering until I had the test. It really did feel just like when I was carrying my son in the early days. I was around 16 weeks pregnant when I began to feel him moving and People still could not tell by looking at me that I was expecting. IF you are in doubt go get checked out!
  • It's probably gas, or there could be something wrong with your IUD. It is doesn't stop, I'd check with your doctor. It's unlikely that you are pregnant, as shared, you'd have to be pretty far along to have movement from a fetus. FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN what the heck kind of birth control costs $500.00 HERE'S A LINK that talks about this type of Birth Control! http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/birth-control/BI99999/PAGE=BI00024
  • could be a air bubble traveling or getting lodged in ur intestines. Mine does that sometimes freaks me out because it does feel alot like a baby moving but usually just gas.
  • Lay off the spicy burritos?
  • It is fact that if you are a very petite woman you can feel the baby kicks(flutters) from 6-8 weeks of pregnancy .I'm a marine wife and there are parents that got pregnant off the depo shot, the pill, the patch ,diaphram ,everything you can imagine. This birth controls are not 100% accurate you know so ,go and take a blood test because if your hcg levels in your urine aren't high enough the test won't pick it up.Blood test are the most accurate test so do that!good Luck
  • I get that all the time - even before using this form of contraception. I just put it down to muscle spasms and twitches. I get them in my arms and legs from time to time too.
  • i feel it too for the past 4 nights straight. it is not gas. mine goes from left and right side and to my belly button and back. muscle spasms are repetitive, this movement is random and is responsive to my finger tips (meaning my finger tips make it "move away" and flutter elsewhere. i would know if i had gas, who wouldnt and so would you. trust your mother instinct. not evryone is the same and not everyone has GAS! omg! people! you have too much air in your HEADS! stranger things have happened and with the advice you are giving this girl she may overlook her PREGNANCY! go see a doc. and dont read and believe everything you read ONLINE. most of these people dont know their head from their ass much less do the MEN even know what a baby moving feels like.
  • I had the Mirena. I had it placed 9 weeks after I had my second child in 2002. I LOVED it, until one month, 2 1/2 years later, I felt VERY pregnant. My period did not come, I had the usual symptoms. I took a test and LOW and BEHOLD, it was positive. SO were the ten others I took. SO the first thing I did after that was check my "string". It was still there. SO here I was pregnant with the Mirena still in place. I went to my gynocologist and he did an ultrasound. There was the baby and mirena. SO he pulled the Mirena, told me that I may have a miscarriage in the next 48-72 hours. I didn't. My pregnancy was completely normal. MY son is now 2 1/2 and such a blessing!!!! We call him our miracle child...he certainly defied the odds!!!!! :) Take a test...please.
  • first off an IUD does not cost 500 dollars lmao, and i have one in right now and am having the same feeling my doctor is talking about intestinal parasites, it has the same moving feeling as a baby...grossssss but hopefully im just pregnant, cause i really dont want parasites....
  • If you are on a $500.00 birth control, it aught to be working! But I doubt there is any birth contriol that costs taht much! If you paid that much then you are crazy!
  • you might just need to use the bathroom instead i hope not but take a pregnancy test and than go from there i also have the mirena insert recently my only thing is that heavy bleeding that wont stop did you bleed alot at first? when you go it put in at first .
