No, I don't personally know anyone, but a paramedic once told me a story about a guy in an accident that they had to cut his pants off and that he had a polish sausage taped to his crotch and leg. Tooooo weird. I think I would have to move to another town after that if I were him!!!

I knew one person in high school that did. We were on the bus heading to school and a friend of mine sits down next to me and says...look at my brother, he has a sausage taped to his leg inside his pants. Well....me being me announced it to everyone on the bus. Needless to say he was the butt of all jokes for quite some time. I feel bad about it now, but back then it was quite hilarious.
