A reference to Blade Runner, writer Philip K. Dick or both? I think it could be one possible future. I'm stepping out on a SciFi limb here. I see a possible future where leaders/entertainers will have themselves cloned or develop clones for organ replacements rather than step down, retire, or lose power. Knowledge will become an exclusive bargaining chip. Clones will become a slave class and used for military purposes. I'd hate to see these things happen, but if enough money is present morals and ethics may go the way of the Dodo bird.
