  • I used to dabble in lucid dreams. Then all my dream characters plotted against me and said if I tried it again that it was over.
  • Yes. The is proof. I haven't read it for myself, but I've read some commentary from people who have. Apparently there is enough research to suggest that it might not be the healthiest thing to do because it interferes with the sleep cycle to some extent and causes the sleep to be less restful. It seems that often people under extreme stresses are more prone to lucid dreaming. I do it myself on occasion.

  • I don't have proof, but there have been times when I dream and I know it's a dream so I take advantage of it, and do whatever I want. It's pretty cool, but happens very seldom and the point between me realizing and addressing it as a dream and waking is very brief.
  • I wouldn't worry to much about it, its not like you get get physically hurt or die just from having a lucid dream.
  • There have been tests done. But if your friends don't beleave you then don't worry about it. Lucid dreaming is very cool and they are missing out.
  • I can lucid dream, I don't know how I could scientifically prove it, but I can do it. Not often, but when it happens it is fantastic.
