that really depends on the cheese: boursin on hovis wheatgerm crackers cambazola on carrs water biscuits cheddar on almost anything camembert wrapped in filo pastry and baked (with a little gooseberry jam) goat's cheese on toast, or on pizza smoked cheddar with apple apricot stilton on a wheat cracker sometimes, just a nice selection with grapes or a nice selection with cornichons yumm
