Seems many people bake food plus seasonings in crimped tin foil (aluminum foil) in the oven. Do you? Which foods/seasonings "packs" do you like best?

Salmon with basil, lemon and rice. My wife make a great foil pack dinner.

I do bake pot roast in a layered pouch (one layer is too flimsy) of aluminum foil when I make it, but I don't know of any seasoning packs that I use. I do use the following spices: (sea) salt, ground pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and onions. Sometimes, I add cumin and a bay leaf (if I have them). And I don't know if this counts as seasoning, but I also add a little red wine.
