-
Pencil. I could erase my mistakes.
-
Pen. Because I live for danger.
-
Pen for writing, pencil for chemistry, physics or math.
-
Please be more specific. OK.... Both, while writing i use pen and for drawing pencil...LOL
-
PEN when signing any document. PENCIL when taking down notes or solving a mathematical problems.
-
Pencils for sure, you can erase! And since I always mistakes -- well you know...
-
With the number of mistakes I make??? Definitely a pencil! Also...with a pen moving so quickly, my handwriting is much sloppier. So, I try to use a felt pen when I must, otherwise, I always use pencils!
-
An extra fine tip pen. But, more preferably, a computer. XD
-
Pen for me. For some reason I don't like pencils???
-
Pen, I can never find any pencils.
-
Definately a pencil, no evidence, i can always what i write
-
erasable pen
-
Pen, unless I'm dealing with music when I "have to" use pencil (or else totally freak out).
-
Pen. and not just any pen. It's gotta be a uniball .8 mm. Just easier to read, and no need to keep on adjusting the lead. And you all just know that the red pen is my favorite.
-
I agree with EinsteinsKid -- for everyday use erasable pen is the way to go. I complete crossword puzzles with the erasable pen because I have those after 40 eyes that can't see close anymore. But, for more serious or solemn occasions I prefer a fountain pen.

Well, for years and years my motto has been, 'Pencil is for erasing (if I choose or something else comes up) ... pen is permanent!' This self-created personal statement is particularly true when entering appointments or seemingly important 'to do's' in my weekly calendar: if its in pencil -- it is movable or even erasable. If it is pen, there is no wayI can change it: my commitment to this is not erasable whatsoever! Period. In the long run, since I never seem to have anything less than a full calendar, this has afforded me not just flexibility (pencil) or firmness (pen) but also lets me view what I call 'my white spaces' (in my calendar) = those areas NOT filled in with anything, meaning that I can virtually view overall in a given week, regardless of how heavy a weeks workload appears, the literal WHEN I ABSOLUTELY KNOW I will have time off to do whatever the heck I want! For me, this self-imposed exercise virtually prevents me from thinking ANYTHING takes me over that isn't virtually balanced by the other things, people or situations that truly assist me, not the least of which is my own desire to be happy, healthy and sane, no matter how 'crazy' my schedule appears to be in any given timeframe!

Depends on what I'm writing. If I am writing on something that I am likely to make a mistake then I would use a pencil, but if not, I would rather a pen.
-
Pens that erase! :)
-
i prefer neither. i do all my writing on the pc. If i have to choose - i choose pencil. Easier to rub out, and it won't leak in my f$K!ng pocket. I have ruined so many jeans/shirts from damned pens... :P
-
High quality pens. They feel nice, write smoothly, and ink flow is consistent.
-
PENS! so smooth.
-
pen
-
A pen and to be more specific a Gel pen.

Pens
-
Pens...always. I hate the scratchy feel of a pencil.
-
Pens because they're permanent.
-
When writing, a black gel pen. The best writing tool in my book. When I draw, I like charcoal.
-
I prefer pencils, but rarely use them.
-
pencils
-
pens. I dont even own a pencil. I used to only use pencils as a child.
-
Pencils because I can easily "hide" my mistakes with an eraser!
-
Pens FTW, because my mark is permanent?
-
I chew on writing instruments. I know, it's disgusting. I still do it. Chewing on pencils just doesn't give me the same satisfaction as a pen cap. Less dangerous, I won't get ink all over my mouth with a pencil, but I live dangerously.
-
Pencils. The resistance helps slow my hand down and makes my handwriting easier to read.
-
I am more of a pen person myself. although if I draw something I have to use a pencil
-
black pen. Make: Waterman or Cross
-
Parker all steel pens in black gel only. They are a cheaper pen ($7) but I love them and have never had a better pen, including the other pens I have had costing up to $80 bucks. I found them at walmart and office depot. I have around 20 of them.
-
I like cheap promotional pens with printing on them. They are easy to come by and when they run out of ink...you throw them away!

Depends on what? I like a pencil for crosswords but a pen for bills of course ;))

Pen Myself
-
I prefer writing with a pen because I am left-handed and it is hard to write with a pencil. Pencils make smudges and dark places on my palm. A high-quality pen also makes the task of pushing the pen across the paper much easier.
-
I prefer the pencil. I don't like the way the pen looks.
-
Pen, If I am writing letters then I always prefer to use a pen.
-
Pencil - 'cause of the mistakes and changes I make.

I prefer pencils because you can rub out mistakes, after all that's why erasers were invented. :)
-
always a ballpoint pen, I write much better with one.
-
Pen for most of the time, just because I am used to it. Pencil for crosswords [erasable] and calendars [pens don't write well on vertical surfaces.]
-
Pencil when taking a test where I might need to erase a lot. Ball point pen for letters and most everything else.
-
Pen, unless I am doing a lot of math, then I would use a pencil.
-
Pen. I've had old writings that were done in pencil that have been rubbed over time into a gray blur.
-
Pen, because it's so much smoother to write with
-
Pen! They're easier to write with, the point doesn't break, and they DON'T need sharpening!
-
Pens when I write, pencils when I draw.
-
Both. Because, I like it both and writing better.
-
Pen with quite a thick point, I like they way it makes my handwriting look neater.
-
Pen, since I use them everyday, but I like to use pencils if i'm drawing.
