A huge, gigantic, three story high carrot cake. I love carrot cake, and having a three story high one just really apeals to me.

Chocolate with chocolate frosting. It wouldn't have to be huge, just a regular cake would be fine, enough to share with my family.

There was this amazing Ice cream cake I had on holiday... oh it was heaven. And big enough for me to jump right into the middle, and not hang off the edge (yes, I do intend to jump into my cake)

It wouldn't be a cake, it would be an Almond Streudel like the ones they used to make in a local bakery years ago. I've never had one as good - anywhere. And make it as big as possible so I could freeze some for later!

I make a chocolate and strawberry mousse cake that is incredible, very difficult to make and it doesn't keep long with the whole strawberries in it. SO I only make it once a year and share it with friends. But it's worth waiting all year for it and finding justs the perfect strawberries.

German chocolate. Homemade kind, like I used to get for my birthdays when I was younger! . Now, my wife makes a KILLER red velvet cake that ranks right up there! First time I had it was for my 30th birthday while overseas. She shipped me one, with some store bought icing! That went over REALLY well with the guys! Good thing I got my piece first!
