Girls: I tell an ex GF that she is too promiscuous for a guy to respect her (she's a soon to be MOM) and she almost seems to think it is a compliment. What is wrong w/ her? How come she can't have more respect for herself?

she's as proud as a guy being called a pimp... and when a guy has 4 kids, all different mothers, shouldnt he have respect for himself, since he will be raising boys and girls? wouldn't he be setting a wrong example to his kids?

That's the thing...it's like a trend...girls are trying to act like how they THINK guys act. It's the fad to be a cheap, tawdry, piece of flesh with no self respect. The other option, knowing that you are possibly boring and unintersting with nothing to contribute to a conversation or relationahip is a devastating option for many people. So they pretend it's ok to act like they do. Also, a lot of girls read about how celebs act (you know, the booze, the girls/guys, the drama) and they think this is a "normal" (for lack of a better word) way to be. Yeah, let's suck face with all the guys in a club, let our boobies peek out of our low decolletage and drink until we fall down and have our pictures in US magazine next week. Sad.
