AB..seriously. It is therapeutic for me to be able to come on here and make people laugh or even share life experiences that might help them. AB helps me more than "therapy" does.

Running..exercise..break things..play piano...play drums..rough up someone a little in a spar..lol(not too much)..all depends on the therapy needed at the time :)

Ab helps me so very much! Getting outside myself and helping someone solve a problem helps as well.

probably yoga before bedtime. Only about 10 minutes of simple movements and stretches are enough to make me feel sleepy! though i do prefer to do more to feel ready for the best nights sleep! Oh, and the perfect time to turn out the lights and have candles... :) so peaceful

By an infinite margin, it would have to be releasing feelings. There are so many things one can do to distract themselves, to take their mind off of their problems. Instead, why not let go of the problems?
