Ouch, hard question, don't know the industry you are in. Generic asnwers to any company would be: Have more training classes dealing with communication within the work place; negotiating win-win situations; recognizing who really is my customer; dress code and professionalism in the work place; goal setting techniques and setting goals that support the company goals; loss prevention and benefits; personal growth within the company; innovative ideas and the 5 year plan of the comapany.
