I'd Have to say blue balls, because your testicles are swollen. It would hurt more is that they are outside the body

I am a woman, I have never had blue balls. I have had my menstrual cycle for alomost 20 years now, and it sucks. every single month it comes and brings its friends, bloating, cramps, mood swings... So you guys who get stuck with blue balls every so often, consider yourself lucky, you clould bleed for a week every month...
