4 weeks in advance? It is more than weird
-
I think so because: 1. Someone planned such a date without knowing whether the other person would agree to go out with them or not. That's a little optimistic : ) 2. If the person knew he or she was going out on a date why does it take so long for it to become a reality? (one exception that occurs to me might be a relationship where the couple has not yet met (pen pals or over the internet).

Yes.

just abit, unless the person is a player

It appears weird yes..but if its been going on for a while and you know its about to occur in 4 weeks then its not so strange...but rather exciting...view all options..

I did it once, I dont know if it was weird or not, but I most certainly and from the looks of it, she too looked quite upbeat about meeting after four weeks, we were in touch via phone all the time. She was from Ohio & was coming to NYU for studies, and I met her at the orientation, and I made her go out on a date with me on the first weekend on that semester.... it was pretty fun... good times :)

not weird... but potentially disappointing

Depends it it because it is a concert or something? If not it's still not weird, but it better be one hell of a date, because that is a long time to get expectations up.
