How come some ppl can make farting noises with their armpits and some cant?

Some question! I would say, that you or whom can't do it, aren't sealing the arm pit properly. If the worst comes to the worst, place your sealing hand in some water and try again. If no sound, at least you should beable to see where the air leak is.
