In theory, yes. Could be by accident. But if you have one and really don't want it, why not give it to someone who wants it?

Even though I personally don't believe the bible is the word of god, I still have issues throwing one away knowing so many people hold it in such high regard. I'd rather give it to a charity or church.

No, simply because I could not bare to throw away any book. I would however be happy to pass it on to someone else.

I could but they're much more satisfying when you use the pages to roll a joint.
