Help answer this question below.

When I open Netscape (7.02 for Windows), it always goes to a "Welcome to Netscape" page even though I've changed the Home Page in the Options. How do I fix this?

    Try setting 'No homepage' or 'Blank', apply the settings, restart browser. Then, set the home page, apply the settings, restart the browser. That usually always works. Or, reinstall the browser or upgrade it. You might also have a spyware program running that's changing it on you. Visit http://www.lavasoftusa.com and download ad-aware, it's free. It's worth running!
