  • I'd probably smile at him, pat him on the shoulder, take his hand and sit him in his chair. Then ruffle his hair, say 'you've been licking kittens again, haven't you sir?' and leave. Edit: I'd better add that any employer insane enough to even consider employing me is licking *far* more than just kittens, and therefore that comment will just wash right over his head
  • I may lift an eyebrow while answering it. In my job at the end of each day I package off samples and send them all over the world. Recently my CEO was going overseas and taking a liquid sample with her in her luggage - and she says to me "can you pack it really well?", I raised my eyebrows and said "yes, not one thing has leaked from my packing the whole time I have been here as I pack everything really well", and walked off, offended. Mostly, just raise the eyebrows, I can't help it - I try not to really, as it can come across a bit disrespectful.
  • Depends on what kind of stupid question I guess. I would answer, if it was answerable. If it wasn't, then I would ask him to elaborate.
  • I would say are you sure you want me to do that/know that < 'On your head be it" and then leave him to think about it
  • Keep in mind that he/she is the boss and answer as respectfully and truthfully as you can.
