Help answer this question below.

Does anyone know the name of the song which starts after 1:00 in this YouTube video? http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=X7oxgsHcAiA I've been able to make out the words 'once a year', but I think that's all it says. Lyric searches don't yield the same song...
