Years ago, I was driving on the 401 towards Toronto and a horrible thunderstorm arose. It was so ferocious that I dared not even pull over to the shoulder because I couldn't see the shoulder. It was like driving in a car wash. There was an orange tracker trailer in front of me and that was all I could make out so I followed that. If he had driven off the road, I would have blindly followed him. After the longest 15 minutes of my life the worst of it passed and it was just windy rain and visibility improved. I later found out that at that same time a tornado had struck about 300 km from there and that I had be driving in the storm that had spawned it.
