Deaths from cancer are tough, but war creates unspeakable horrors. I'd choose world peace.

I must say world peace definately. (lol ok, by request, an explaination) Cancer, deadly and as unfortunate as it may be, is just cancer. It has the same affect as any other disease, and obviously had a horrible affect on families and friends. War, is deadly and unfortunate but has so many other negative factors that does not impact just, one person, but millions. There's horrible things in wars and fighting, there's rapes, children are killed, family's are litterally torn apart, people are affected beyond that particular place. don't get me wrong, cancer is a horrible thing but to me, war is just so much more inflicting

I would choose the cure for cancer since two of my grandparents died from it, so it sort of affects me personally. And who's to say that the world peace would last forever?

When I was a child I had something like a vision where I was "told" that cancer was related to mourning; not being able to let things go. The proliferation of cells is the physical equivalent to reliving negativity again and again. That shared, I believe if "world peace" were a reality it would have a positive impact on global health. So, world peace gets my vote.
