Her complaints need to be a little more clearer in EXACTLY how you are not pleasing her. If she can complain, then she should have no problem telling you what pushes her buttons. Sex in a relationship needs to be openly and honestly discussed, both sides need to feel comfortable talking about what makes them feel 'great' and what they can not do. Taking it to a public forum like this is a bit off, since we do not know what she likes. Go ask her what SHE likes, then incorporate that into your routine.

She probably doesn't know what she wants either. The problem could be lack of foreplay; she may need more time to get aroused so she can enjoy the sex more. Don't let anyone intimidate you here. This is a very common problem.
