Why do so many people post under "Anonymous" when it's so easy to sign up?

1) Actually, it it only one single user who is just creating a lot of "Anonymous" accounts. ;-) 2) Anonymous is the default setting. 3) They don't want to give too many clues about themselves, for various reasons. 4) Pseudonymity allows much better the development of relationships with others. Some users just do not wish to do this. (Mostly to protect themselves).
