yes! That and maybe a counselor? It could really help. I've been having trouble with my life and I've sunken into depression. I hate talking to psychiatrists because they're always super weird and "out there" if you know wat I mean. And you know, they always make me do like homework like research and assignments. I'm like, hey! I'm supposed to tell you my problems and you're supposed to listen! lol I actually go to physical therapy and just talk to the people there. Those people are down to Earth and just listen and give me advice. Maybe if you looked around, you'd find someone too! try not to cut yourself! What I did before I got sick was just run! I wouldn't run away but just around the neighborhood or on a treadmill. I think that'd be a good idea for you! Good Luck and now I'm going to stop b/c this is already super long! Sorry

We all have pain in ourselves and we shouldn't let that be the end. Live with yourself and accept your mistakes and live your life with pride and enjoy. Be happy for yourself and stay away from people who want to put you down for stupid stuff. Trust yourself and you will be who you want to be. Yourself
