Will a pregnancy test show that I am positive for pregnancy although I had a miscarriage yesterday?

I am sorry about your miscarriage. it could come up positive. the pregnancy test measures the hormones in your urine, and my guess is that even with the miscarriage, the increased hormones caused by pregnancy will still be in your system for awhile. (probably a couple weeks, max)
