  • There have been several supposed virgin births thoughout mythology. Some Hindu beliefs suggest that Karna, Yudhishtira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva were born in this way. The Aztecs and Toltecs belived that Quetzalcoatl and Xolotl were born of virgins. Christian Mythology claims that Jesus was born of a virgin. If I'm not mistaken, some of the Greek and Roman gods were also born of virgins. The concept of the virgin birth has been around a long time and has been infused into many different cultures, myths and religions.
