Have you ever see a ghost? If so, did you know what it was? And where did you see it?

    This ghost sighting was on the TV ads a few years back. But you have to concentrate or you will miss it.

    Yes I have seen a ghost and I knew exactly who it was. Around 4:30 on December 23 I found my Grandmother in cardiac arrest and I performed CPR on her until the Paramedics arrived. Unfortunately my Grandmother didn't make it, but that night it was myself, my cousin and mother sitting around the table in my Grandmothers house and I seen this figure walk over to her favorite rocking chair and then it was gone. I asked my Mother and cousin if they had seen it and they said that they had not. I beleive that it was my Grandmother letting me know that she was okay.

    when i was about 9 or 10 years old (24 now) i woke up in the middle of the night and seen a blue outline of a male figure. he keep looking down the street and/or it also looked like it was looking at my blinds. ( it was hard to tell as i couldnt see a face cos he was see-through. once or twice he looked back at me. i was frozen. i couldnt speak or move i was that scared. i tried to speak but i couldnt get words out. (too scared). wierd thing is that my sister also seen a blue outline figure in my room one night maybe a year later. i still years later think about it. i will never forget it.

    Yes I saw a ghost. We were on a church youth trip in ridgecrest, north carolina. the girls were all sent to a hotel called "Holly". While we were there, the other youth groups were all talking about how Holly might could be haunted. They said that at night, a rocking chair in the basement would rock by itself. We didn't believe them so we went and looked at it at night, and it wasnt rocking. But then that night, me and 3 other girls heard something whispering our names as we each took showers. Then the next day the girls in the room across from us, the ceiling in their bathroom had caved in some and their shower turned on by itself at night. Our youth pastor did some research while we were there, and he said that Holly once held some kind of insane person that kept in the basement.
    All that's pretty freaky, but i didn't see the ghost untill the last day when we were packing up to leave. We were all sitting in the lobby and there was a fire door (like the ones made of metal with a small glass window in it). i was standing behind a girl who was sitting in a rocking chair, and all the sudden she said,"oh my gosh jennifer, look at that". i couldn't see what she was talking about at first, but as i kept looking, in the glass window of the fire door, I SAW A TRANSPARENT BLACK MAN WITH A SHAGGY WHITE BEARD WEARING AN OLD FASHIONED ROUND-TOPPED POLICE HAT. I only saw his head and that was all. but me and the other girl that saw it took off running toward our rooms and hid. No-one else would believe us about what we had seen.

    Yes but not a "light orb" or anything like that. Always dead family memebers...I usually see them at the most stressful of times...

    No, but I THOUGHT I did once. It looked like a little light orb like on those ghost hunting shows, which is why I thought it was one, but turns out it was just light comming in from a sky light that reflected off my metal music stand that was down the hall. haha, it really freaked me out though. If I ever saw one of like a person I think I would pee my pants.

    Yes. Several months ago I was in bed trying to sleep. I couldn't get comfortable so I rolled over to the side of my bed facing the middle of my room. I opened my eyes for a split second and realized that there was someone next to my desk. I blinked my eyes, assuming that what I was seeing wasn't really there (it was dark and my eyes had been shut for a couple of minutes.) When I re-opened my eyes, the image was still there. It looked like a young boy. It was really hard for me to get a more detailed look at the face because of the spastic movement that the body was making. For some reason, he was flailing around his arms and legs. I didn't understand what I was seeing so I actually yelled at it, just asking who it was. The boy was there, shaking his limbs, for about 15 more seconds, and he just went away. It took me a while to talk about it to people, but when I told my dad, I learned something that could be of a lot of significance to my sighting: 40+ years ago a family with a little boy lived in my current house. One night he was camping out in the back yard and somehow his tent caught on fire. He burned to death. After my dad gave this to me as a possible explanation it makes a lot more sense to me as to why the boy was flailing around his arms and legs. Obviously, I will never know if what I saw was really there, but the history behind it leads me to think that it was probably a ghost.

    I think I may have seen a ghost when i was younger. When I was in first grade I slept at a family friends house because I was friends with their son. I slept in his sisters room on the bottom bunk. Sometime after I went to bed I woke up for a few seconds, and right in front of me I saw a face staring back at me. I immediately closed my eyes, afraid to open them again. Till this day I'm scared of the dark.

    I have never seen an actual apparation but I have seen a few shadow people. I have some photos I took that have a bright green orb in them and I also have another photo I took (same night, same location as the green orbs) of what looks like a ghost horse.

    Yes I did. I saw my grandmother in our living room at night, my parents were watching a movie in the den, and I went to the kitchen to get chips and I saw this woman reading a pink book. I ran screaming and described her to my parents. My mom said the description was her mother.

    Where to start? .Recently my wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has had five chemotherapy treatments,the first four of which .she has bravely suffered However, the fifth treatment has been nothing short of torture for her.Today after several visits to the emergency department for pain killers she has finally found some relief. It was on our last visit to the hospital that this happened.We were in the hospital as the unit was closing and the doctor asked me to run to the pharmacy to collect a prescription for pain killers.As i returned with drugs, my wife was sitting in a communal area with a young lady sitting no more than two chairs from her with a big smile on her face looking straight at me. My wife was slouched
    head down facing her and there were about three other people in the waiting area but some distance away.I helped my wife off her seat,again just glanced at the girl who was still smiling. It was as if she was minding my wife in my absence, although nothing was said. I smiled back and led my wife to the exit.Before leaving, I turned again to the girl and again- that smile. It was one of those reassuring smiles that says dont worry everything will be alright. Anyway, we left the hospital and I thought no more of it. Something about that smile. Next day mentioned the young lady to my wife who had no recollection at all
    of the lady sitting next to her, in fact she was fully aware of who had come and gone in the area, more so than myself and very descriptive of those people,but i know what i saw........You judge....You tell me.

    yes, actually i did just now. I got soo freaked out...
    Oh my god I got scared. I started screaming and I wouldnt stop. After I did like 5 minutes later I came here. Here's my story...

    I was by my dresser cleaning it off when I heard somthing weird coming from above my head... I looked up at my rabbit Tanya's Urn because it's on top of my bookshelf. I saw a blueish grey transparent figure come OUT OF THE URN and it looked just like my rabbit, Tanya, who passed away just this Febuary. I was screaming my lungs out So I went up to the urn and said this "Tanya, I love you very much but I don't want to see you like this. I want to see you in my dreams and see our memories but I don't want to see you like this." Then the blue transparent figure started like flying around my room and I ran. I'm still hearing freaky sounds and Imma NOT go back in my room for a long time. I'm so freaked out now..

    I don't know about ghosts, but when I was younger I used to see Angels. I don't remember it at all, but a lot of people tell me of how I would talk about them and tell them their names and what they looked like and what I talked about with them.

    In in February my husband and I had bought our first house. About two days after we moved in I had awoken in the middle of the night to a man standing at the corner of our bed. I am positive that I was awake and I blinked several times to make sure that I was seeing what I saw. The man standing on my husbands side of the bed, facing the door. He had no head. He was an old man with a big stomach and he had is hands at his side. I could tell he was an old man because of the skin on this hand. (It was slightly pale and blue veins were visible) He was wearing a blue shirt with khaki pants and he was slightly transparent. He just stood there and did not do anything. I blinked several times and the figure did not go away until about 10 seconds, and then he faded away. I was not freaked out. Him being there for a short time did not give me a feeling of threat. It was really bizarre. I have been in my new home for about 3 mo now and I have not seen him since and hopefully I will not see him again. *knock on wood*

    I have only seen a ghost once. It was on the top/ hills i don't know what you call them you drive up them its just like a long roads along big hills and stuff. it was a dark skinned woman wearing a pure white robe running up a steep hill and then she disappeared.

    No but experienced weird things. When i had my stereo in my room sometimes the volume would turn all the way up by itself and when i was away for a week years ago when i came back the light in the attic in my room was on. I mean there was a switch in my room that would turn it on but my dad said no one turned it on. And i didnt know till later that that switch turned the attic light on so the light stayed on. Anyway some nights it would look like something was covering up the cracks in the attic so the light didnt look as clear and other nights it looked like whatever was there moved and the light shone through a lot brighter. And no one ever went up there. A couple of things

    Just less than an hour ago, it was in my backyard. I was leaving the kitchen and through the window, i could see what seemed to be this outline. At first I thought it was my reflection through the glass, but it wasn't! Creepy, creepy silverish outline of what seemed to be a child around 10 or so...god it was creepy

    Yeah. One of my close friends died in 2003 we were really close and great friends he died in Mexico I was home alone one night my mom went out to the store to pick up milk for the morning I was watching TV Family Guy on TV nothing really on TV so I settled for that. Really board out of my skull it was around ten or eleven I saw something in the cornor of my eye I couldn't figure it out then I reliezed OH MY GOD! Its a ghost! I started at it for a good few secounds stunned and terrified then I reliezed it was my friend his eyes were bright like they always were when he was still alive those gentle harmless eyes giving me that gentle smile he always gave me when he was alive the smile of Im not gonna hurt you kinda smile now every once and awhile I get a hoping that I would see him again
