What are the pointlevels and level increments. from lvl 2 to 40 (or so) it is simple, each increment costing 9 points more than the last, but then it seems to go exponetial. Do you know the formula?

Joel will not share the formula, and it has actually changed at least a couple of times since AB started using the points system. On the above page, there is some information concerning the points required to level up and to hit named ranks. The should be close, based on the knowledge of AB that the authors of those answers have, but again, remember it can change.)
