tell her that even thought they are "friends" if they do anything that that she does not feel is right she needs to tell them stop it. be/c if you don't its just going to get worst.

I think you may want to determine whether she had "panic" due to the event, or the fact that you "caught them." I think kids will experiment within their own peer group, however, it is very uncomfortable for parents to see their baby behave in such a manor. Definitely express how important it is to keep boundaries with friends, peers, especially if they are not comfortable. Try to monitor her self-esteem and perhaps try to grow her self-esteem through various extra curricular activities; art, music, sports, etc. Kids with a higher self-esteem seem to have a better comfort level in saying "no."

Children her age Do choose to experiemnt wiht ther epeer groups threw curiosity, but the Anymous guy is rigt, u need to detrermine why she panicjked and whether was to do wiht that horrible memorys of her uncles Molestering.. you gotta be carefull with how you deal wiht this...
