  • I know how you feel!!I am trying to be a flyer for cheerleading but no one will answer my Q on how to lose weight!!!Even though my BMI is in "healthy" i need to lose about 30 pounds to become a flyer.   • If you are getting a personal trainer , then he/she will know what to do to help you or you need another trainer that does.
  • A good 'DIET' is only as good as the person that does it. If you pick out a diet that promotes healthy eating habits and does not completely take out any one food group and you actually follow it..then you will lose weight if you exercise along with it. There are 4 key factors in weight loss: 1. A balanced sensible diet 2. Cardio and some weight exercises 3. Some restraint and actual work on your part. (A work out partner/trainer is not a must, but it sure helps) Usually work out programs and good diets do not fail..the person doing it fails and then blames it on the program.
