Help answer this question below.

The wipers on my 96 Ford Escort are stuck on. They will only stop if the fuse is removed (this also kills the heater and air conditioner). The garage wants to sell me a $450 combo adaptor (cruise and delay) to correct. Anyone ever heard of this problem?

    I've answered questions like this before, posted by these "sock puppet" accounts, and have yet to receive a thank you or a point, so my advice is for you to bring it in to a mechanic.
