What type of jobs are there for people who live in puget sound?

Boeing comes to mind. They are laying off workers but that doesn't mean they aren't hiring in some fields. In the Seattle, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Everett area there are lots of warehouse, manufacturing, skilled trade jobs as well as white collar work in engineering, computer work, etc. The cost of living is higher the closer you are to Seattle proper. Electricity is not bad, but housing is terrible.
