I know what you are trying to say, but it does not make sense. who's eye are you talking about. The eye of common sense, the eyes of the Free world, or the eyes of the Nazis, or in the eyes of the Jews. Offensive has a lot to do with bad taste. Or it could means offensive to a Jury, for whom are you speaking? a general statement of offensive relative to whom?
