Absolutely everything. "Exaggerating" is the same as not being truthful..which is the same thing as telling lies. Not good. :)

Definitely sex, you just sound/look like an idiot. Also people that give you "bad looks" or give you an attitude when you are out. Seriously, no one cares if a chick looked at you wrong at the store.
