  • I live. When I was about three years old, I got into a bottle of poison. My dad used a bottle to mix Ortho insecticide and sat it on the table. Thinking it was something to drink, I drank it. I was rushed by ambulance to a hospital in Independence LA where they discovered they could not help me. I was then rushed in an ambulance to New Orleans poison control center. I was pronounced dead twice on the way. Yet I type these words. That's enough for me. I don't know why, though I know I am here.
  • A mate of mine jumped in a car for a short lift home on Christmas eve. He didn't know the driver was drunk as a skunk. They took a high-speed detour, he ran off the road. Although totally out of control, the car got between two huge fence-posts with millimetres either side. In a flat paddock, it managed to hit one of only two treestumps in the ground. It flipped, landing on its roof, with the only OTHER treestump carefully aligned to smash through the roof, crushing my mate's spine into splinters. Just a few inches either way and he'd have walked away like the other drunk guys (car was full, he was in the middle of the back seat). As it stands, they walked off with bruises and he took 12 hours to die, screaming constantly. Miraculous...
  • A father at my church brought his daughter who had cancer to pray over her before her surgery the next day. The images showed cancer in her abdominal region (I believe uterine cancer). The whole church got up and circled her and prayed for her surgery. The next Sunday her father reported that after searching her abdominal area they could not find one thing wrong. Miracle? OF course, it is however unexplainable why God intervened here and sometimes not in other situations. Read The Shack!
  • one night i healed my ex girlfriend through prayers she had a bladder infection and i laid my hands on her stomach and i started to pray but i'm sure something from above helped cause i was not me and she went to the bathroom piss a little blood and came back to the bedroom feeling better.
  • I disagree with the implication that if something cannot be easily explained, it must be a miracle. Thar implies that we already know everything there is to be known about the world. That is not the case - there are huge areas we understand poorly or hardly at all. So if something happens that cannot be explained, it just means that we don;t know everything - something we already knew.
  • I have many in my life daily though I can explain them. The power of our minds is the drive behind most miracles.
  • There is much in the world that cannot be easily explained, but nothing that I would classify as a miracle.
