I had 35 "Yes" answers. I will admit I *sometimes* pass on the right on multi-lane freeways, and I sometimes do a very slow 'creep' at stop signs if there is no traffic around. However, I think my no tickets/no accidents record since Bill Clinton played saxophone on MTV speaks for itself.

I am surprised because I can be a Knight of the Loud Pedal and fully understand the concept of "California stop." I also believe there are degrees of "yellow" when it comes to traffic lights and that carpool lanes are subjective. Well, I did until I got two tickets for just that.
