No, I'd consider it a negative point; it can be difficult to hide when one is aroused. For women, I expect this is less of a problem, though.

I'm not really sure, I can only compare the idea to sharing a changing room full of women - which while on one hand would be awesome, it could be a little embarrassing on the other hand
