They will get a stinky hand for sure!

You'd wind up in the hospital for a fecal impaction, for which the best remedy is to have it literally dug out by hand.

Over time it will cause other health problems, Bowel incontinence, hemorrhoids, nerve or muscle damage, viral, bacterial, and parasitic infections. -
yeah true they cud get ill and die too

I don't think a week would kill you but you'd be very uncomfortable. If it was a really long time, it could make you ill and maybe die, but few people could stand holding it more than a few days. The thing is to get medical attention when you can't poop.

You could get ill for holding more then a week. I got ill alot. I had bowel problems and i COULN'T go for WEEKS at a time, i think the longest i didn't go was about 3 and half weeks. I was so so so so sick. Come to find out, i had a condition called vovulus. It is where the colon would twist in a knot. I was in so much pain. I ended up having an emergency surgery. I had a foot of my colon taken out. I am much better now, but still alive.
