I have been trying to find the schematic for the toshiba 36a43 and have not been able to find a location for a brightness sensor. Does that mean it does not have one? Is it possible that it somehow got broken and just needs to be replaced?

  Westinghouse SK19H210S TV. I get HDTV channels fine, but for regular cable TV channels all I get is the sound while the screen stays pink. This happens even after I do Analog TV Quick Setup and Advanced Setup scans. Ideas for how to get Analog TV video?
