I have a 10 mos. old beagle. He has been with me since he was six months old. My neighbour is a male stripper who lived with two others and got his puppy and because the puppy was pissing all over and shitting all over his roomates told him he had to move. He was going to send the puppy to the SPCA. I said I will take him. Two days later happy Larry made no mess in my apartment and now he and I are litteraly having a ball! Yes to love on both sides.

I found my kitty in the snow when she was a baby, and we've been together ever since.

we have our dog, a boxer b/c my parents have a business with breeding and showing professionally. I adopted my cat, Julie, thru a newspaper ad and a year later after sneakin outside one night, gave birth to 3 kittens. We found a home for only one kitten although we did intend on homing all 3. Well, the other 2 are now part of the family and will forever be. The rabbit was a b-day present for my son who begged to have one and my horse I've had since I was 16 yrs old. He was purchased for me to be my showhorse after the other one retired.

We found our older dog at the pound. The poor dumb puppy kept tripping over his own 2 feet, so I named him Moe, short for "moron". He is my love puppy. My younger dog looks like the ottoman from Beauty and the Beast. Someone was giving her away on a recycle exchange web group I am a part of. We have had her a week and she already has her own pillow on my daughter's bed. The cats were both found at shelters. I get a vibe and am pulled there when my new pet "calls" me.

My daughter bought her boyfriend a puppy for Valentines day and his mother(bitch)said "No dog". My wife told my daughter she would have to return the pup...tears,crying,begging and pleading ensued.Then my daughter then came up with the brilliant idea...I'll give him to daddy to take in the truck.(At that time I was an over the road trucker).The next week when I arrived home I was met by my daughter holding a7 wk old Rat Terrier pup in both hands,"Here's your Valentine's Day present daddy" That was 5 yrs ago and he is lying on the floor next to me as I type this

Mine's a pretty simple story... we found our first kitten as part of the litter of a stray living under someone's house. The rest of the kittens had been claimed by various people and the only one left was a tiny black female. We took her home and tried to bring her mother too, but her mother was too feral, so we had to give her up. Shinobi (named for her sneaky ways) was introduced to the next newcomer Parrot (named for sitting on our shoulders) a month or so later, so they grew up together. Eventually they had a litter and now we have 3 adorable kittens too. :D
