I have been offered a new job in a different country but my mother is really ill,should i go?

If I were in that situation, no, I wouldn't go. You said "offered a new job." I assume you have a job in your own country. It may not be as good as the one being offered to you, but I think it's still much better in the sense that you would not be separated from your mother, at a time when she really needs you. Personally I don't think I would be good at the new job because I would be constantly thinking about my mother. Jobs come and go. You only have one mother.

Perhaps the money you will make from this job will help your mom out more, depending on the scenario.
