You want to know if the guy is mature enough for you. Guys at that age tend to go after anything with a hole and a pulse. I hope that you're aren't just attracted to his looks and that's all, cause in a few years he'll probably look like a totally different person. But hey whatever floats your boat, it just may work out.

If you really like each other the age diference is not a big deal. The older you get the less it means. My wife is 8 years older than I am.

I believe age is nothing but a number. I don't think it's a big deal he's 19 and your 25 its not much of a large difference my ex is younger than me by a full year but than again its only a year but he's still younger. My friend -a guy 14 years old- almost dated a 17 year old.

I think the gap may be too large, but its close. Half your age + 7 is the rule, which means you can date around 19.5, so its borderline, but it could work out.
