  • You have to talk to a lawyer, nobody here can give you an authoritative answer, it will depend on your locale and the specifics of your agreement, etc. However, I do know that in California, the usual clause is that support ends upon the death or remarriage of the receiving spouse, and that people have successfully argued that cohabitation should end their support as well.
  • When you say "with her boy", what do you mean? Boyfriend? If you didn't have children you should never have agreed to pay alimony.
  • Get her boy to marry her and your troubles are over!
  • I think you should not be paying alimony at all....you should consider doing something for her boyfriend to marry her and your problems are over OR get a lawyer and sue her. She is basically taking advantage of you.
  • You should probably take it back to court. If she is living with someone and he is contributing to the household you may be able to at least be able to get it reduced. Good lUCK!
