you can't target fat loss to specific areas you'd have to do some general cardio to rid the fat. as for getting a tighter chest you could try push ups or bench presses

Lose some weight, do exercise or get surgery, or... accept to live with them. Since puberty I have large and puffy nipples. Until a few years ago I feeled embarrassed, for example on a picture of me I looked like if I had two table tennis balls under my shirt. I was a little overweight then. Now I'm pretty fat and I don't care anymore. I even love my man boobs!
